Can I track my order after it's been placed?
Yes! All our orders are shipped with Australia Post and you are provided with a tracking number for all orders with the exception of single card orders under the value of $100.,
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer returns on products under certain circumstances. The items must not be opened or damaged in any way and return shipping is at your expense. Refer to our Refund Policy for more detailed information or refer below.
ReturnsWe do not offer Return or refund for change of mind, however extreme circumstance may be considered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@loot-merchant.com and send your item to: P.O Box 269 Upper Coomera QLD 4209 Australia.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O Box 269 Upper Coomera QLD 4209, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is your shipping policy?
Processing
Order processing time is generally 1-2 business days. Only operating Monday to Friday, no weekends or public holidays.
All orders are delicately packed by us here at Loot-Merchant and shipped with either Australia Post standard or express shipping.
Single Cards
Unless the order is over $50, single cards are sent standard post (not tracked).
Free Postage
Free Postage applies to orders over $185 (Australia only) and for orders over $200 (New Zealand).
Returns

Yes! We offer pre-order on most lines when applicable. See our pre-order policy below for more details.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Loot-Merchant allow you to pre-order all your favourite items once announced and are subject to pre-order rules and conditions.
- If your order contains both currently stocked items aswell as pre-order items, the entire order will be held until the preorder item release before being shipped - please order seperately if you are not happy to wait.
- The release date of an item is just an estimate and can be subject to change due to unforseen circumstances such as shipping and supply issues.
- Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as we get them and are subject to the the rules above.
Pokémon TCG
Due to the ongoing high demand of Pokémon TCG, allocations are currently imposed by the distributor and allocation numbers are not usually known until closer to the release date of any given expansion.
While we will do our best to manage preorders taken, there may be the rare occasion where enough stock couldn't be secured, in the event this takes place we will offer full refunds to affected customers.
Any Changes to expected release dates will be added to the product page.
